Alaska Motor Vehicle Bill of Sale form

The Alaska Motor Vehicle Bill of Sale form is used to transfer the ownership of a certain vehicle from seller to the buyer. The seller will give the title of ownership to the buyer once he has delivered the vehicle to him. For protecting the seller from liabilities, the Notice of Transfer Pending form (Form 820) must be filled. Until the seller has signed this, the transfer will not be complete.
