Arkansas State Law allows the registration of a gun (firearm) in the state of Arkansas without that gun having to be registered. However, when the sale of a legal gun is being carried out, it is necessary to make a bill of sale to legally show the transfer of the gun from seller to buyer; this is the Arkansas Firearm Bill of Sale Form.
